What is Bristol Mindfulness?

Bristol Mindfulness is a cooperative of local mindfulness teachers sharing the vision of promoting good mental health and wellbeing through mindfulness.

All teachers have undergone rigorous teacher training at centres of excellence in the UK and adhere to Good Practice Guidelines.

We run mindfulness courses for children, adults, parents, schools and businesses.  We also offer mindful eating courses and 1-2-1 training for those who prefer to work in a more intimate way.

We run a Moments of Mass Mindfulness (MoMM) event every year to celebrates the beginning of Mental Health Awareness Week. The aim of MoMM is to enable people entirely new to mindfulness, and those with a regular practice, to experience the peace and support of engaging in mindfulness with other people.

MoMM 2020
This year’s MoMM was another success and helped people to feel reconnection with wider communities and to calm the mind.  For full details please visit the MoMM page or click here.
