What is Bristol Mindfulness?

Bristol Mindfulness is a cooperative of local mindfulness teachers sharing the vision of promoting good mental health and wellbeing through mindfulness.

Mindfulness teaches us to be steady, to recognize and meet challenging circumstances and respond with kindness, care and wisdom. It enables us to navigate difficult times precisely like this pandemic


We are acutely aware of the pressure felt by the community as lockdown continues and are responding with bi-weekly online support sessions in addition to 1-2-1 coaching and regular courses.

Who we are
All teachers have undergone rigorous teacher training at centres of excellence in the UK and adhere to Good Practice Guidelines.

We run mindfulness courses for children, adults, parents, schools and businesses.  We also offer mindful eating courses and 1-2-1 training for those who prefer to work in a more intimate way.

We run a Moments of Mindfulness (MoM) event every year to celebrates the beginning of Mental Health Awareness Week. The aim of MoM is to enable people entirely new to mindfulness, and those with a regular practice, to experience the peace and support of engaging in mindfulness with other people.

Weekly Drop-in Sessions
In response to the anxiety and uncertainty created by the coronavirus Bristol Mindfulness is running bi-weekly drop-in sessions.  More information is on the Drop-In page.
