Mindfulness for everyone
We offer a wide range of mindfulness courses designed for children, adults, parents, schools, and businesses. Our specialized programs include mindful eating and support for those with ADHD. For individuals seeking a more personalized experience, we also provide one-on-one coaching sessions in a private setting.
If you’re curious about how mindfulness could benefit your group, business, organization, or charity, we can create and deliver tailored taster workshops to meet your specific needs.

What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is a practice that anyone can benefit from, at any stage of life. It helps us navigate stressful situations more effectively and encourages us to embrace and appreciate life as it truly is, rather than focusing on how we think it should be. By practicing mindfulness, we can deepen our understanding of our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, fostering greater awareness, balance, and well-being for all.
Other activities
In addition to mindfulness courses we run workshops, in-house training, drop-in sessions, retreats, and refresher days for anyone who wishes to continue developing their practice.
Moments of Mass Mindfulness
Every year we run a Moments of Mass Mindfulness (MoMM) event to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week. The aim of MoMM is to enable people entirely new to mindfulness, and those with a regular practice, to experience the peace and support of engaging in mindfulness with other people.
