Mindfulness for everyone
We run mindfulness courses for children, adults, parents, schools and businesses. We also offer mindful eating courses and 1-2-1 coaching for those who prefer to work in a more private setting.
Plus, if you are interested to see if mindfulness could benefit your group, business, organisation or charity, we design and deliver taster workshops to meet your requirements.
Browse the teacher page to find the type of mindfulness that interests you. If you have a particular question, or would like further information about Bristol Mindfulness, or the courses we run, please complete this short form so we can be in touch with you.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness training can help to deal more effectively with stressful situations and can also help us to wake up to the richness of our lives as they actually are, as opposed to how we may wish them to be. In doing so we have an opportunity to gain a greater understanding of how our minds work.
In addition to mindfulness courses we run drop-in sessions, retreats, and refresher days for anyone who wishes to continue developing their practice.
Moments of Mass Mindfulness
Every year we run a Moments of Mass Mindfulness (MoMM) event to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week. The aim of MoMM is to enable people entirely new to mindfulness, and those with a regular practice, to experience the peace and support of engaging in mindfulness with other people.
