Evidence-based mindfulness that helps develop positive habits for a lifetime.
Our courses, retreats and drop-ins run over various timeframes including short courses and the standard nine weeks which includes a free orientation session at the start so you can meet the teachers, hear about the course structure and how to ensure you get the most out of the programme.
The intention behind all we offer is that you will learn how to:
- harness the power of your mind
- cultivate kindness and care towards yourself and others
- live one moment at a time and savour each moment
- move from isolation to connection when struggling with difficulty
- thrive, not just survive, when living with challenges
- manage stress, anxiety, or difficulty with confidence and ease
