Courses
Evidence-based mindfulness courses that help create positive habits for a lifetime.
Our courses run over nine weeks which includes a free orientation session at the start so you can meet the teachers, hear about the course structure and how to ensure you get the most out of the programme. Plus, it’s an opportunity to to ask any questions you may have and become familiar with mindfulness practices.
You will learn how to:
- harness the power of your mind
- cultivate kindness and care towards yourself and others
- live one moment at a time and savour each moment
- move from isolation to connection when struggling with difficulty
- thrive, not just survive, when living with challenges
- manage stress, anxiety, or difficulty with confidence and ease

Course: Finding Peace in a Frantic World
