Drop-in Sessions
Stay connected to your mindfulness practice with live, guided sessions. Open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
We don’t currently run our own drop-in sessions. Instead, we actively support and recommend the excellent live online meditation sessions offered by the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation (OMF). OMF offer 30-minute weekday meditation sessions (Monday to Friday) twice daily at 13:00 and 19:00 UK Time.
They’re for anyone who’d like to develop and maintain their practice. So whether you’re new to mindfulness or have an established practice, everyone’s welcome.
