She follows the Good Practice Guidelines for Teaching Mindfulness-based Courses as set by the UK Network for Mindfulness-Based Teachers, and is a British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches Registered Teacher for both Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

What do you enjoy most about mindfulness?
Regular practice helps me to be me. Connecting regularly to something universal and still, something that is within us all and is always accessible, is a huge resource in my life.
What are your other hats?
I also work as a counselling psychologist in private practice, and as a lecturer and researcher at UWE Bristol. I am currently carrying out a PhD into mindfulness, food and eating.
