About Liz
Liz Kalaugher is a mindfulness facilitator trained by Breathworks. Liz began practising mindfulness in 2020 and finds it extremely useful both in daily life and in her work as a writer.
Together with Lauren Mason, Liz offers in-person Breathworks Mindfulness for Stress and Mindfulness for Health courses, plus bespoke mindfulness courses for boosting creativity, all taught in Bristol.
